LiFE OF HOPE is in the business of saving lives that may otherwise end prematurely by suicide. We are a 501c3, nonprofit located in West Bend, Wisconsin – serving Washington County and surrounding communities. Some individuals have traveled across state lines to take part in our comprehensive, peer-based suicide ideation, attempt, and loss prevention approach to HOPE, emPOWERment, and healing. Since launching in January 2015, more than 5,000 people have connected with the LiFE OF HOPE mission; to reduce the number of suicide attempts, thereby having a natural reduction in the lives lost to, and affected by, suicide. Of those, over 120, ages 8 and up, have come to us in some level of suicide ideation/crisis. To date, none have been lost to suicide.
